may in fact be real.
Below is a video of bot flies coming out of the volunteers bodies. The bot flies laid their eggs on clothes that were hanged to dry. According to the video description locals told them that they iron all their clothes, before wearing them, because bot flies like to lay eggs on washed clothes hanged for drying.
